Baythroid Advanced
Baythroid is an ideal general contact insecticide, controlling a wide range of insects.
Suitable for use on several ornamental plants, including natives and lawns.
Features

- Highly effective against 2 major lawn pests – African black beetle adults and lawn caterpillars
- Very economical – the 500mL tin makes up to 165 litres of spray
Pests:Adult African black beetle, mole crickets. Baythroid will not control white curl grubs (scarab larvae) in the soil
Rate: Garden sprayer: Mix 40mL in 5L of water and evenly spray onto 50m2 of lawn. Watering can: Mix 16ml in 8 to 10L of water and evenly water onto 20m2 of lawn. If mole cricket numbers are very high, use double these rates.
How to apply: Apply as an overall treatment to recently mown lawn as follows: 1. Lightly water the lawn. 2. Apply Baythroid in a watering can or garden sprayer. 3. Water lawn thoroughly to move product into soil. The equivalent of 12mm of irrigation is usually required. Repeat treatment if necessary.
Pests: Lawn grubs (eg. cutworm, webworm)

How to apply: Apply late afternoon as an overall treatment to recently mown lawn. Lightly water the lawn before applying. Repeat treatment if necessary. When treating a dense lawn with a garden sprayer, lightly water lawn before and after spraying.
Pests: Ants
Rate: Mix 30ml per 1L of water
How to apply: Where possible locate the nest and spray. If nest is inaccessible, spray all infested areas.
